The villa is on a peaceful, small community of residential and vacation properties and is within a fifteen minute drive of Disney attractions; just off the I4 (junction 58) or from US192 to the end of Old Lake Wilson Road. 

Easy access to all the other major attractions and both the Gulf & Atlantic coasts.

Private Pool (L shaped 21'x17') with added bonus of a separate Hot Tub and a fantastic Games room make this Villa a great place to spend time, completely private as the Garden is fenced on both sides and backs onto a natural Lake with no houses overlooking.

Local dining is minutes away by car with Restaurants galore along the US192.

There is a choice between Champions Gate (5 min) and the brand new Ovation complex (1min); both of these have a large Publix Supermarket. Numerous restaurants, takeaways, home-delivery service, liquor store just to name  a few!  Several Walmart and Target Superstores are within easy driving distance as are several Mall's and Outlet Stores.

For the Golf enthusiast; you are close to many excellent golf courses - including Champions Gate and Reunion.

RECENT VISA WAIVER NEWS - ESTA

The Department of Homeland Security is currently implementing the Electronic System for Travel Authorization (ESTA). The purpose of ESTA is to pre-screen all travelers that intend to enter the United States under the Visa Waiver Program. Individuals from non Visa Waiver countries cannot use the ESTA service but must obtain a visitor visa in advance. ESTA is not a visa requirement, it is a travel requirement.

Travelers to the United States are encouraged to register themselves as soon as possible. It is not necessary to have purchased a ticket or made a hotel booking in advance. Once the traveler has completed the Travel Authorization registration, he or she will get an instant result indicating whether the they are allowed to travel to the United States or not. A Travel Authorization is valid for 2 years at the time.

• August 1, 2008: Individuals traveling on the Visa Waiver Program can pre-register in the Electronic System for Travel Authorization. If accepted, the traveler can print out the confirmation and bring to the airport. Form I-94W must still be completed and delivered upon entry to the United States.
  

• January 12, 2009: All travelers under the Visa Waiver Program must pre-register in ESTA before entering the United States. Travelers without an accepted Travel Authorization will not be allowed to board any airplanes or sea carriers. 

Any person traveling on the Visa Waiver Program must present a machine readable passport. A person from a Visa Waiver Country having a non-machine readable passport must apply for a visitor visa in advance.
