All rates are for the entire villa per week (SAT-SAT) and is INCLUSIVE of state taxes, end of stay clean* and all utilities.

A stay of 5 days or less incurs an additional clean charge of £50.00 or $100.00.

Arrival day is negotiable depending on availability.

Pool heating (optional) add £10/$20 per day - recommended OCT-APR.

Games Room & use of Hot Tub is FREE!! No smoking (except outside) & No pets.

The villa is available for occupation from 16:00 (4 pm) local time on the day of arrival and must be vacated by 10:00 (10 am) local time on the day of departure. Late check out (14:00/2 pm) may be available (additional charge of £40.00 or $80.00) - please ask at time of booking.

A £150.00 ($300.00) refundable security deposit must be paid prior to arrival and will be refunded in full 5 weeks after your return date - please refer to Terms & Conditions for full details.
